“The F-Word” is a project presenting four women artists – Nevin Aladağ, Ariane Andereggen, Alexandra Bachzetsis and Michaela Melián – and their individual approaches to the aesthetics as well as the media they use in dealing with questions regarding the self-image of women artists, clichés concerning women’s freedom, identity, and social relations, in short, regarding the present topicality of feminism ranging from subjective perception to social relevance. The project features an exhibition, a stage performance, and a concert.
